Date: 2 July 2010 Job Description – Customer Service Assistant
Title: Customer Service Assistant Reporting relationship: report to the Customer Service Officer Requirements: - Tertiary education in business / administration / engineering disciplines.
- Hong Kong residence.
- A few years working experience in the business sector.
- Fluently communicate in English and Mandarin both in written and spoken.
- Willing to learn, hard working and can work under pressure.
- Former experience in similar field is preferable.
Job descriptions:- Assistant to the Customer Service Office handling the daily enquiries from customers to their full satisfaction and to ensure normal business operation within the inside sales department.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and logistic department making sure that all orders are served and followed up in the right manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, understand their requirements and build up good personal relationship.
- Ensure all prices / delivery schedules are precisely confirmed and sent to customers.
- Monitor and oversee order processing to ensure orders are correctly confirmed and advised.
- Oversee customer payment.
- To learn more about our products and its application over times.
- To be involved in and assist the customer service officer, upon request, any activities on market communication programs launched.
- Oversee the processing of customer complaints, log and liase with technical managers.
