Job Description – Customer Service Assistant


Title: Customer Service Assistant
Reporting relationship: report to the Customer Service Officer
Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in business / administration / engineering disciplines.
  • Hong Kong residence.
  • A few years working experience in the business sector.
  • Fluently communicate in English and Mandarin both in written and spoken.
  • Willing to learn, hard working and can work under pressure.
  • Former experience in similar field is preferable.
Job descriptions:
  • Assistant to the Customer Service Office handling the daily enquiries from customers to their full satisfaction and to ensure normal business operation within the inside sales department.
  • Coordinate with Sales Managers and logistic department making sure that all orders are served and followed up in the right manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, understand their requirements and build up good personal relationship.
  • Ensure all prices / delivery schedules are precisely confirmed and sent to customers.
  • Monitor and oversee order processing to ensure orders are correctly confirmed and advised.
  • Oversee customer payment.
  • To learn more about our products and its application over times.
  • To be involved in and assist the customer service officer, upon request, any activities on market communication programs launched.
  • Oversee the processing of customer complaints, log and liase with technical managers.
